This Parking Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into between TruckPort USA LLC ("Licensor") and the undersigned individual or company ("Licensee") upon submission of payment and acceptance of terms. By checking the box and completing payment through TruckPort USA's online system, the Licensee acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by all terms and conditions contained herein, as if executed in writing.

ALL SALES FINAL

All parking sales through TruckPort USA are final. Refunds will not be issued once payment has been processed, except under limited conditions approved at TruckPort USA's sole discretion. By submitting payment, the Licensee acknowledges full acceptance of these terms

TRANSACTION FEES

A transaction fee of 3.75% applies to all credit or debit card payments. If the calculated fee is less than $1.25, it will be automatically adjusted to $1.25. By completing payment, the Licensee authorizes TruckPort USA to charge their card for the total amount including any applicable fees.

REFUND POLICY

All services rendered are on a non-refundable basis. Cancellations, early terminations, or violations of this Agreement do not qualify for refunds. Once processed, payments become final.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks or disputes filed against valid charges may result in immediate termination of parking privileges and a $195 reinstatement fee. If a vehicle is found parked after a chargeback, it may be booted, towed, or impounded at the Licensee's expense.

PAYMENT TERMS

All Licensees are required to pay the first and last month's rent upon signing up for monthly parking. Payments must be kept current to retain parking privileges. Late payments beyond five (5) days are subject to a $25 late fee per vehicle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of access.

ILLEGAL PARKING

Vehicles without a valid reservation, permit, or payment authorization will be considered illegally parked and may be towed or impounded immediately at the owner's expense. Unauthorized use of TruckPort USA lots constitutes trespassing.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

All Licensees must maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance. TruckPort USA LLC is not responsible for theft, vandalism, damage, fire, flooding, or any other incident affecting vehicles or personal property while on the premises. Parking is strictly at the Licensee's risk.
